Charming hotel close to cultural experiences.
I was disappointed by the noise levels in and around the hotel, which disrupted my sleep on multiple occasions. The room I stayed in had considerable disturbances from water running in adjacent rooms. The air conditioning unit was quite audible, further complicating any efforts to relax.

The place was impeccably clean and nicely decorated, it had professional and well-trained staff at the reception desk. The location was nice and ideal, and we could reach a funeral chapel by walking.

No complaints whatsoever, I greatly enjoyed this place, recommend. The hotel has nice and ideal location really close to commercial center as well as activities, restaurants and how to get around in Granada. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Los Manueles.

Request a room away from the street for a quieter stay, as noise levels can be disruptive at times.

location of the hotel and kind attention of the receptionists
The secrecy (generalized by the way with too many hotels) with the location of the parking that they have associated and that is only revealed via telephone under the condition that you are arriving which implies stopping to call by telephone and redirecting the gps with the consequent loss of time for the client and that is not always possible for reasons of traffic, urban planning, etc.It is much easier to indicate to the gps at origin the real destination: the parking lot to make the check-in than having to find an alternative parking lot, make the check-in, install and then lose time again and move the car from the alternative parking lot to the hotel when at the beginning could be corrected all this, indicating the location of the associated parking and alternative in case of high occupation. In his discharge I must say that the kind attention of the hotel staff offered to move them from the car park located by me to the hotel without prejudice to me, but do not give rise to that: deliver the private vehicle to third parties to move it (if the hotel staff has an accident with the car on the journey between the car parks who is responsible for the costs and disruption caused) ... is much simpler than all that.

The location is perfect, in the middle of the city, close to everywhere. With the car you don't reach the door because the street is pedestrian. Still, it's the best thing about this hotel. The rooms are spacious and large. The bathroom is perfect too. The beds are comfortable and spacious. . It has a very good cafeteria where apart from breakfast you can also have lunch and even dinner, with super friendly and polite staff.
The walls look like paper. You can hear everything. We were touched by some "neighbours" who were a bit scandalous and it became a bit annoying.. On the other hand, you could hear the washing machine on the top floor (fourth floor, we were on the third).. As for the reception, I congratulate the blonde girl with short hair and glasses: she was super kind, considerate and grateful to us. She explained everything to us, recommended many places and even suggested the organization of our trip to give us time to see everything. However, the other people were quite dry. I think this aspect could be improved, considering that they are dedicated to customer service.

Excellent central location with easy access to the cathedral and vibrant streets full of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious with large windows, providing plenty of natural light. Comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The breakfast offered great value at 7€, featuring freshly squeezed orange juice and good coffee. Reception staff was friendly and available 24 hours. They were helpful in arranging a taxi for my early check-out. Parking was a hassle. The multi-story parking nearby was tight and challenging to navigate with a larger vehicle, although staff provided useful directions. Wi-Fi connectivity was weak on the second floor, affecting my ability to plan my day. The room could have benefited from a safe or refrigerator. Despite minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the good level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location is perfect-just steps from the Cathedral and bustling streets. My room was spacious with comfy furniture. Just a bit noisy from the street at night, so ask for a quieter room if you can!

Rooms very clean, comfortable bedding, good wifi access.
Room small, bathroom tighter, no refrigerator or kettle. Lack of hooks or shelving for clothes in both room and bathroom made it awkward.

location is excellent, in a pedestrian street in the centre of Granada. staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean. bed is viscoelastic, in my opinion comfortable. I would certainly stay there again.
On Saturday we couldn't sleep much, because you could hear everything in the street, until about 6 in the morning. We had a good experience the rest of the days, but if you go on the weekend, take some earplugs with you. Another thing to improve is the explanation of the locations. We went by car, and before arriving we asked how to get to the parking lot. The explanation did not make any sense, when we followed the explanations, we were not even in the center of Granada. In the end we arrived at the hotel (Google Maps also goes crazy, because there are pedestrians) leaving the car badly, and there they told us that they were taking the car to the garage, something that we thought could have been clarified before. However, if they specified that we had to get to the hotel first and not to the parking lot, and added a map or directions on how to get to the hotel by car, this would help the travellers a lot and would solve the problem.

Couldn't recommend more for a hurried visit.
Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, with 24-hour reception and a short 15-minute walk from the nearest train station for easy access to the area's attractions.
Parking is difficult and tight, surrounding the hotel is a pedestrianized area, which can be inconvenient for larger vehicles.

The staff was lovely and helpful. The room was large, for a hotel in Spain at this price. A/C worked great. Shower was pretty and modern. Very centrally located - a very short walk to the Cathedral, a 5 minute walk to a 10-15 minute bus to Alhambra, Sacromonte, viewpoint, etc.. Restaurants very near. Loads of shopping around, if you are into that sort of thing.

great stay, but parking is a hassle
The room was very clean and beautifully refurbished. I especially loved the comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to help. The breakfast option was fantastic for just 7€, with good coffee and fresh orange juice that started my day perfectly! A highlight was the hotel's central location.
Parking is quite tight around the hotel, a bit inconvenient.
